We are a leading producer of high performance cashew based friction materials used in the OEM and aftermarket automotive (car, bus, truck, motorcycle) and rail brake industries.

GCPPL offers a wide range of brown and black friction particles and cashew nutshell liquid binder resins that are designed to address the different needs of semi-metallic, ceramic, asbestos and non-asbestos formulations for normal and heavy duty brake pads, drum linings, and train blocks. Overall, these products reduce wear, improve friction stability, act as noise dampeners, and can be formulated to give high heat resistance, and excellent hardness and flexibility.

Our products are designed especially for passenger and commercial vehicles brakes. Disc pads and drum linings are fine tuned to provide safety (reliable and fast stop), durability (reduced brake wear), and comfort (nice brake feel without noise).

In order to achieve this performance, most brake manufacturers use cashew based friction particles as additives to increase static and dynamic friction, stabilize friction, reduce friction material and rotor wear, minimize fade, and control noise.
